Brainwave Entrainment

Brain entrainment is a technique that uses sound waves to alter brainwaves to promote healing and well-being. It's based on the principle that when the brain is exposed to certain sound frequencies, it begins to resonate with those frequencies, and eventually, the brain waves will match the frequency of the sound. This process is called "entrainment".

These sound frequencies are delivered to the brain through headphones and into the body through the vibrations in the NeuroWave™ Chair / Table, and the brain responds by adjusting its own brain waves to match the frequency of the sound waves. By stimulating specific brain waves, brain entrainment can be used to promote a wide range of therapeutic benefits.
